This quarterly magazine features the best of life in Boise and its surrounding communities. Our commitment is to provide engaging, in-depth and visually compelling articles about the city, its people, and the urban West lifestyle. Between longer feature articles and shorter but timely department pieces, we bring to our readers stories about technology and innovation, education, health and wellness, adventure, art, music and dance, theater, home design, and dining. We hope you’ll join us as we explore all that is worth celebrating throughout the Treasure Valley.
The creation of the website was a key feature in this project as it would be the conduit for the digital presence of the magazine. It was the key to promoting and informing the virtues of the publication and directed readers to subscribe, like and follow the issues and article. The events calendar and restaurant guide are a huge benefit to the community and gave visitors a reason to keep coming back even after the latest publication release. We also included the digital version and RSS of the magazine for those now accustomed the reading publications online.
The social media strategy for this Idaho culture magazine was a three-phase approach. The first phase was a pre-launch rollout for the new quarterly magazine. The goal was to create a buzz about Territory, and inform prospective readers what was in store for them as well as how they could acquire copies for themselves. Phase two added consistent daily teaser posts including copy from articles and incredible photography included in the issue. Phase three was a continuance of steps one and two as well as links to Territory’s website and digital copies of the magazine.
